Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the mixed berries evenly over the top of the oat mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the oatmeal is set and golden brown.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
