Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a baking dish (oven-safe), combine the halved cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, red pepper flakes (if using), and olive oil. Toss to coat.
Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the tomato and olive mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the feta cheese is softened and slightly golden and the tomatoes have burst.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
Serve immediately with crusty bread for dipping.
