In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Toss gently to coat the tomatoes evenly with the oil and herbs.
Spread the tomato mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are softened and slightly burst. Check for burning and adjust cooking time if needed.
Remove from oven and serve immediately. Garnish with extra fresh herbs if desired.
