Wash and gently dry the figs. Cut a shallow 'X' into the top of each fig.

Place the figs in a baking dish and stuff the top of each fig with the walnut mixture.
Drizzle the figs with a small amount of honey (about 1/4 teaspoon per fig).
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the figs are soft and slightly caramelized.
Let the figs cool slightly before serving.
Spoon Greek yogurt into bowls. Top with 2 baked figs per serving.
Drizzle each serving with additional honey to taste.
