Add olive oil. (3 min/120°C/Speed 1)

Add canned chopped tomatoes, vegetable stock, sugar, dried basil, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl. (15 min/100°C/Speed 2)

Blend the soup until smooth. Start blending slowly and gradually increase speed. (1 min/Speed 5-9 gradually increasing)

If using, add the cream. (10 sec/Speed 3)
6.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.
