
These cheesy broccoli bites are a delicious and easy low-carb snack. Perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up or a party appetizer!
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
