A quick and easy noodle stir-fry with tender beef, crisp bell peppers, and a savory black bean garlic sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, marinate the beef with cornstarch and water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from wok and set aside.
Add the remaining vegetable oil to the wok. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender-crisp.
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the soy sauce, black bean garlic sauce, and sugar to the wok. Stir well to combine.
Add the cooked noodles and beef back to the wok. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
Stir in the sesame oil.
Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds (optional).
