Crispy and flavorful chicken wings glazed with sweet Jersey honey and toasted sesame seeds. An easy and delicious snack perfect for any occasion.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with baking powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not overcrowded.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are baking, prepare the honey glaze. In a small saucepan, combine Jersey honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Bring the glaze to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a clean bowl.
Pour the honey glaze over the wings and toss to coat them evenly.
Return the glazed wings to the baking sheet and bake for another 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Adjust the amount of honey to your preference for sweetness.
To toast sesame seeds, spread them in a single layer on a dry skillet over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant, stirring frequently.
