A delicious vegetarian twist on classic buffalo wings, using cauliflower florets tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce and baked to crispy perfection. Perfect for game day or any appetizer occasion!
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine flour, breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a separate small bowl, beat the egg.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the florets and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a medium bowl, whisk together buffalo wing sauce and melted butter.
Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to a clean bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing (or Ranch dressing) and celery sticks for dipping.

For extra crispy cauliflower, try spraying the florets with cooking oil before baking.
Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your desired level of spiciness.
You can also air fry the cauliflower for a quicker cooking time – around 10-12 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
