Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Serve immediately.
