Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare sweet potato fries according to package directions or your preferred homemade method. Bake until golden brown and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
While the fries are baking, prepare the lime crema. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Heat the feijoada according to package directions or your own recipe.
Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
Spoon the heated feijoada over the fries.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the feijoada.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with lime crema.
Serve immediately.
