Crispy baked chicken wings coated in a sweet and spicy chili glaze, served with a cooling and creamy blue cheese dip. The ultimate game night appetizer!
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Make sure the wings are evenly coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy, flipping halfway through.
While the wings are baking, prepare the chili glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic.
Bring the glaze to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a clean bowl. Pour the chili glaze over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
For the blue cheese dip: In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
Add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dip reaches your desired consistency.
Serve the chili-glazed chicken wings immediately with the blue cheese dip for dipping.
