A warm and gooey baked brie topped with the perfect sweet and savory combination of honey, walnuts, and dried cranberries. A delightful appetizer for any occasion.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (optional, but makes cleanup easier).
Drizzle the honey evenly over the top of the brie.
Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and dried cranberries over the honey-covered brie.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the brie is softened and slightly melted, but not completely liquid. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Serve immediately with slices of crusty bread or crackers for dipping.

For a richer flavor, toast the walnuts in a dry pan for a few minutes before adding them to the brie.
If you don't have walnuts, pecans or other nuts can be substituted.
A sprinkle of fresh rosemary or thyme can add a savory element.
If the brie starts to melt too quickly, reduce the oven temperature slightly.
