In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with the melted Jersey butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Toss to coat evenly and serve immediately.

For extra crispy Brussels sprouts, make sure they are spread out in a single layer on the baking sheet. Overcrowding will cause them to steam instead of roast.
Adjust the amount of balsamic glaze to your liking. Start with a little and add more if needed.
You can add other seasonings to the Brussels sprouts, such as dried herbs (thyme, rosemary) or parmesan cheese.
