Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the Thermomix bowl. (Speed 3, 10 sec)
  3. Transfer dry ingredients to a separate bowl and set aside.
  4. Place butter in the Thermomix bowl. (Speed 4, 37°C, 2 min)
  5. Add maple syrup and blend. (Speed 4, 30 sec)
  6. Add eggs one at a time through the lid opening while mixing. (Speed 4, 1 min)
  7. Add yogurt and vanilla extract, blend until smooth. (Speed 4, 30 sec)
  8. Add dry ingredients back into the Thermomix bowl. (Speed 3, 20 sec)
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
