Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the Thermomix bowl. (Speed 3, 10 sec)
- Transfer dry ingredients to a separate bowl and set aside.
- Place butter in the Thermomix bowl. (Speed 4, 37°C, 2 min)
- Add maple syrup and blend. (Speed 4, 30 sec)
- Add eggs one at a time through the lid opening while mixing. (Speed 4, 1 min)
- Add yogurt and vanilla extract, blend until smooth. (Speed 4, 30 sec)
- Add dry ingredients back into the Thermomix bowl. (Speed 3, 20 sec)
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
