Roast Vegetables: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
Prepare the Black Beans: In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add black beans, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
