Moist and delicious banana bread that uses up overripe bananas.
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin with baking paper
Place butter and sugar in mixing bowl
Add eggs
Add mashed bananas
Add flour
Pour mixture into prepared tin and bake
Nutrition per serving (250g)
The riper the bananas, the better the flavor.
Add 100g of chocolate chips or 100g of chopped walnuts for variation.
