Delicious and flavorful grilled lamb kofta skewers served with a refreshing tzatziki sauce and warm pita bread – a perfect Mediterranean lunch or dinner!

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the lamb mixture.
Don't overcook the lamb, as it can become dry. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it's cooked to the correct temperature.
If you don't have a grill, you can cook the kofta skewers in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
