In a small saucepan, gently heat the Jersey Black Butter over low heat until softened. Be careful not to burn it.
Add a small amount of the oat milk (about 1/4 cup) to the saucepan with the Black Butter. Whisk continuously until the Black Butter is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
Add the remaining oat milk and vanilla extract (if using) to the saucepan. Heat gently until warm, but do not boil.
Remove the saucepan from the heat. Use a blender or milk frother to froth the oat milk mixture until it is light and foamy.
Pour the espresso shots into your mug.
Carefully pour the frothed oat milk and Black Butter mixture over the espresso.
Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

For a sweeter latte, add a touch of Jersey honey to the saucepan along with the oat milk.
If you don't have a milk frother, you can whisk the oat milk vigorously by hand or use an immersion blender.
Adjust the amount of Jersey Black Butter to your taste preference. Start with a smaller amount and add more if desired.
Vegan alternatives to butter in Black Butter are becoming more widely available, so make sure to choose one of these for a fully vegan latte.
