Grilled pizza dough brushed with garlic and herb infused olive oil, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Divide pizza dough into 4 equal portions. Roll or stretch each portion into a thin oval or circle.
Brush one side of each dough portion with the garlic and herb infused olive oil.
Place the oiled side of the dough on the hot grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the dough is lightly golden brown.
Brush the un-grilled side with the garlic and herb oil. Flip the dough and grill for another 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through and grill marks appear.
Remove from grill and serve immediately. You can cut the grilled dough into strips for easier dipping.

For best results, use fresh herbs. Dried herbs can be used, but reduce the quantity by half.
Watch the dough carefully while grilling, as it can burn quickly. Adjust the heat if needed.
Feel free to add other herbs to the olive oil, such as oregano or basil.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces, such as marinara, pesto, or a simple olive oil and balsamic vinegar mixture.
