Instructions
- Add the vegetable oil and butter to the Thermomix bowl. (100°C, Speed 1, 2 min)
- Add the roughly chopped onions and sauté. (Varoma, Speed 1, 5 min)
- Add the chicken tikka masala paste and mix. (Speed 3, 30 sec)
- Add the sliced red peppers and chicken chunks, cook. (100°C, Reverse, Speed Soft, 10 min)
- Add chopped tomatoes, tomato purée, and mango chutney. Cook. (100°C, Reverse, Speed Soft, 15 min)
- Stir in double cream and natural yogurt. Heat gently. (90°C, Reverse, Speed Soft, 5 min)
- Garnish with chopped coriander before serving.
