Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan/Gas Mark 6). Prepare a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread the Jersey Black Butter evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small crust around the edge.
Prepare the apple crumble topping: In a bowl, combine the cold cubed Jersey butter, plain flour, oats, and brown sugar. Use your fingertips to rub the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Peel, core, and dice the apples. Toss them with the cinnamon and Jersey Royal potatoes.
Sprinkle the apple and potato mixture evenly over the Black Butter base.
Crumble the butter and flour mixture evenly over the apple filling.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the crumble topping is nicely browned.
Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing and serving. Dust with icing sugar if desired. Serve with a jug of Jersey cream.
