Rice Based Food Art ~ Snow Pink Pig Egg Drop Soup… I’m using snow pink pork to make egg drop soup! 😀 along with some broccoli and a cute snoozing piggy.
|Shhh… do not wake the piggy! while the piggy was sleeping, we’re eating 😋💕|
Here’s a quick note of how I cooked the egg drop soup using Ninja Foodi OP300.
100g Snow Pink Pork Shabu Shabu
1/4 tsp Tapioca Flour
1 tsp Mirin
2 Crab Stick
Salt & Pepper, add to taste
Chopped Spring Onion

1. Mix pork, tapioca flour and mirin, set aside for 5 minutes.

3. Add chicken broth into the pot, 2 cups level. Bring to a boil. Blanch the meat quickly and transfer to the serving bowl. Season the soup with salt and pepper, add in crab stick. Turn off heat and stir in beaten egg. Garnish with spring onion and serve right away. If you have time, you can try to make a piggy rice ball to go with the soup. 😉
